good location. close to everything.

staff friendly and very helpful

Rooms were clean, though the hotel is showing it's age. The door for the bathroom didn't fit into the frame squarely so the bathroom door took a little extra "oomph" to open and close. The hotel safe, while a welcome item is set exceedingly low, making it hard to access and impossible to ensure you've cleared it of items put in unless you get on your hands and knees. However, while minor annoyances, it did not detract from meeting our needs. Location was convenient as well. Breakfast was lovely and the staff ensured that the items replenished were regularly topped up. The coffee offered with breakfast was surprisingly good, which was appreciated. Pool area was clean and the water temperature was reasonable. The grandchildren made good use of it.

The rooms were spacious. We had a one bedroom and and junior suite. The bed was comfortable. The grandkids loved the water slide. The breakfast was good. I would definitely consider booking it again on a future visit.

Stayed at family room with two king beds, room lovely but laundry chute next door was louder if trying to sleep past 9am.

Good and cheap place to stay. Beds were comfortable and staff was super helpful. I told them that a hinge was loose on the bathroom door and they had it fixed the same day. Breakfast was good, decent options for hotel breakfast buffet. Pool was nice, waterslide was super fun and hot tub was nice and hot to relax in.

Child puked in the stairs going to the waterslide. Janitor left puke and chunks on the stairs after cleaning while kids continued to play in the pool and slide. Child then puked again 20 minutes later beside the pool, no one cleaned it up. Hotel staff didn’t seem to care. They also had no blankets available for sofa beds and said they were all being used. Staff was very dismissive and didn’t seem to really care.

Room was clean. We did stay over a long weekend so it was full and loud. We did have some noisy neighbour's who kept us up. It was an overall good stay with friendly staff.
