Room conditions were good, staff very friendly and courteous. Only one minor set back was the I couldn't get the hot water to work properly in my room. Even with the hot water switch on! My bad for not checking with the staff there!

Reception staff are polite and friendly! Thanks for the upgrade during our stay there ( 5 nights )!
Cons: AC is a bit loud, rooms are dark even with all lights on, hallway carpets dirty, area around bathtub - soap scums/ rust stains/poorly done chalking seen

Location is good, near mtr, and lots of places to eat. It is pretty close to the Avenue of Stars. The overall condition of the hotel is just so-so. It is old and in need of a lot of remodelling. Tge lobby / check-in area is small, crowded, and cluttered. Thecstaff members are friendly.

Apart from checking in was a nightmare, with guests waiting and luggage shuffled in any space within the reception area. Everything after that was smooth and enjoyable. Finally reached my room to unpack and relax. Later found that the location of the hotel is perfect and central to whether you want shopping or just plain good food from all around the world - Turkish to Korean to Japanese to good old local HK dim sums. 😋😋😅
