Room was visibly old. Broken bath button; flaking bathroom door; stained bed sheets; a/c remote out of battery. Also, there was a staff member at breakfast (Pedro) who was passive aggressive towards our 3-year-old daughter playing with the cushions. She was only sorting them by color (the ones NOT being used by other guests). No noise, no jumping; just silently playing. Caution for parents with toddlers: there is a window in the bathroom half a meter high with enough clearance to fit a child. Breakfast was fairly good and the rest of the staff quite friendly. We even got an extra bed as complimentary. However, due to the other issues, we don’t plan on coming back.

This was an ideal place for us to stay with a small infant. The room was excellent and the staff, lovely. One thing i would have preferred is if there wasnt such bright light bulbs. It was very harsh and gave no ambient lighting so was hard to get baby to sleep even with just one lamp light on.

One elevator, of the two, was out in maintenance for the duration of my stay. So the elevator service was slow and frequently full naturally. But all manageable
