This was our first time in Ko Samui and I am so happy we stayed here. It is centrally located in Chaweng beach and it is an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. But just far enough away from the noise. The breakfast is well worth it with the amount of variety they have each morning. The staff was super friendly and always willing to provide assistance if needed. I highly recommend staying at OZO if you’re planning a trip to Ko Samui.

The facilities were excellent and the staff was great. We love the huge pool, great beach access and the breakfast was great! The last day we had to leave early for our flight and they opened breakfast early for us to have a bite before we left. They went above and beyond!

Stayed for 3 nights. Positives - breakfast was good, plenty of beach loungers near the beach and the pool (good pool), location with grt restaurant and massage places directly outside of resort, also walkable to main chaweng area. Things to consider - room was small and a little bit of a strange design including the bathroom with shower door cramping available space when opened, balcony too small to be usable, check in was a bit long and room wasn’t ready when expected, no onsite restaurant available for lunch or dinner- only bar food available, no room service.

Staff was amazing helpful and friendly. Rooms are kinda of small for 3, as was sold by Expedia, but the location of the property is great.

we booked another hotel and stayed there due to various things 1. no food allowed by pool 2. no drinks allowed by the pool 3. the room made all our clothes smell damp 4. unlike Thailand the welcome when we arrived was poor. carried our own bags no welcome drink just a reception tell us the rules of what we cant do. the hotel itself is a good standard, but it's very Western you could be in benidorm so that's a personal thing that we didn't like. the food we ordered when we arrived was cold. we did not complain or talk to the staff as it's just a waste of energy. we just went to another hotel not a terrible place but certainly not for us and would not go back

I would not stay at this hotel. It’s really a budget hotel that is pretending to be upscale. The location looks nice on paper but when you factor in it’s at the very end of a one way street it makes getting back to the hotel a take much longer than leaving. The hotel itself is also not very nice, there are much better hotels for the price you’d pay here. I suspect most of the reviews of this place are AI generated or poor people that don’t understand what a nice hotel is.

Great resort on the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful accommodation located centrally in Chaweng Beach yet away from the noise. Walk straight from the pool onto the beach.
