Overall great stay. The room and lobby area were very nice and clean. The bathroom and breakfast area were a bit dated but the breakfast selection was good with an amazing view of the lake. Excellent location with restaurants and bike rentals within steps from the hotel. Check out was at 11am and we asked for 12pm but unfortunately they couldn’t accommodate but they did hold our luggage so we could go on the gondola ride near by.

Really good location to activities around. Good condition and comfortable to stay. Lucky to have views over the lake with added bonus of a balcony. Breakfast was included which was located just across the road, this was no issue at all. Very pleased with our stay.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room offered a lovely view of the lake. It’s conveniently within walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops.

The deluxe quadruple room, with lake view, is spacious and clean. The bathroom is fitted with Japanese toilet with bidet functions, adjustable settings for water pressure and a heated seat. There is a bathtub and a separate shower beside it. There is a balcony that offers great view of the lake. The room exceeded my expectations. For breakfast buffet, it’s just a 1-minute walk to the Richforest hotel nearby. The spread of the breakfast buffet was decent and service was good. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.
