My room was so beautiful, comfortable and fully secure for a woman travelling alone. I found the shower floor very slippery but they sent me a rubber mat to stand on. There was an overflow of water that escaped from the shower door each time I showered (perhaps a design issue?) but they sent a maintenance man to fix this issue. Breakfast buffet was delicious with friendly staff who attended to all my requests. Craft Table was great for quick snacks/meals with a great manager who delivered the food right to my room. I am so satisfied with my overall experience at Paramount that I will definitely return here on my next trip to Dubai!! Bravo to all of you!

Staff were great! Charif and Mohammad were awesome ! But my room needs some work, like fridge has some settling water, windows need to be clean. House keeping didn’t provide daily needs. But overall my room had great view and staff were superior

They waited for me to check in before letting me find out the hard way that the hot water was broken. And only had contaminated brown water in their system which made my hair shed. I was not refunded for my 6 day booking, I left for SLS hotel across the road which was an incredible place to stay

It's an amazing hotel because the staff really love their jobs. The housekeeping is great at cleaning too. It's in the middle of Dubai. Smack dab in the center so nothing is far. Every guest here is dressed with glamour in mind. Showers are amazing with a huge tub. Taxis are all downstairs!

Nice hotel with access to downtown Dubai but a form of transportation like a taxi ride is required. Great delicious morning buffet restaurant.

We got upgraded to a fancy suit on the 49th floor which was amazing! Helpful staff and good breakfast. Highly recommended!
