良い子どもと滞在
Very convenient location, 5 minute walk to Lake Geneva and popular bus/tram stops. The hotel rooms are spacious and I felt it was a good size for family of 4.
The wifi internet service was down for the length of the weekend we were staying and it was frustrating they couldn't fix it until Monday morning.

Location was great. Rooms were big and clean with AC even though hotel looked like a small nook on the street. Breakfast was nothing fancy but well done.

The check in was very fast and efficient. The morning front desk person with long hair was very helpful. They have no trolley to take your suitcases upstairs but she helped us to bring them in.
The rooms are very spacious but outdated. The dinning table’s chairs need to be replaced. Perfect location.

Great staff! But the room we stayed in could use updated furniture and carpet. It also can use a few repairs. Other than that it satisfied our needs.

Excellent location and so accommodating! Our flight was delayed for overnight and Olhane arranged for us to move our reservation back by a day. The apartment was huge and having the complimentary Geneva card made getting around super smooth.
