Very helpful and friendly staff, amazing location, nice size room.
Not the cleanest room, pullout mattress cover covered in dust and crumbs, kitchen a bit dirty, fridge a bit dirty, bedroom side table still had hair elastic from previous guest so wasn’t cleaned or wiped down.
Construction on while building right in front, starts at 7am so no sleep after that!
I would still stay here though, for the positive reasons previously mentioned.

The clerk at the front check-in counter was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and went out of her way to offer suggestions and help us.

Very expensive, I suppose it is to be expected for this city. Room description made it sound more upscale than it was. Walls are paper-thin so you can hear your neighbours.
Disappointed in the hotel, but staff was great.

Great hotel. Terrible beds. Hard as a rock. Very skinny “non fresh” pillows. But other than that. The room was good.

This hotel was in a great location, tons of stuff nearby. Room was a good size and balcony was a plus. The bed was really comfortable. Bathroom definitely could use some updates. But overall recommend for a visit to Toronto!
