Breakfast was not included. Too small area for breakfast only 5-6 people can sit in cafe. Very small size in toilet and shower area can’t stand in shower properly. Stayed two nights there was not enough hot water and boiler breakdown couldn’t have showers, used cold water for washing faces,

The room was very tiny, there was a weird smeel but the most terrible bit about our stay here is that there was no hot water, no heating and we had to check out just after one night as it would have been impossible to stay so we had to find another hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice though.

Very helpful, courteous staff. Room was clean. We were at the back of the building and it's a quiet street. Some great little bars, pubs, restaurants close by. A short bus ride (12 min) to Termini station. We enjoyed our stay very much

Horrible rooms , no A/C , elevator works until second floor so i had to pull up my luggage to third by stairs, i was really dissapointed

It's the first time of my life that's the person in the reception was arguing with me as a gust that's complain about air-conditioning not working.
I fill ammbures for this hotel give gob for this type of person.
