Not a four star hotel, 2 at best. Rooms were barely cleaned. Asked for cutlery one night was told no. Yelled at a few mornings for wanting to sit on the patio with my coffee. Would rather the guests sat on the curb. The women were amazing. Very helpful. The older male staff seemed angry all the time. ALOT of tour busses. Breakfast was ok. Our room had no shelf in the shower room. Sink ended up very cluttered with toothbrush, etc. No storage in shower room at all. Towels left on beds. Booked a double/king room, got 2 single beds. Woke up to a cockroach on my leg one night. Restaurant is supposed to be open until 3 or 10, depending on which sign you read. Hours are a suggestion only. Bar closed at 8 one night. Went for lunch at 230, Restaurant was closed. Hotel is good for a 1 or 2 night stay

Room was clean and fine. They were stingy with towels and toilet paper. They did not supply shampoo or conditioner. The shower was awkwardly short.

Staff friendly and will remember you if you stay here more often . good breakfast

Close to a hospital, in a residential area too, quiet. Park nearby.

Stopover on our way to Prague. Hotel suited our needs, it was clean with comfortable beds.

Very unpleasent consierge

Professional and kind costumer service, great - courteous receptionist Lady at the desk.

Great customer service. Near the hospital. I love how I’m looked after

Always great stay 😊

Thank you for the affordable price too for a last-minute unplanned stay. We appreciate this property and the kindness of the staff. Keep up the good work.
