C’est un scandale de faire payer aussi cher pour une chambre si dégradée, sale, avec une climatisation en panne…je n’avais encore jamais vu ça! Juste un point positif, l’accueil a été très bon.

Clean, and a nice place to stay.

Clean and confortable. The mini-kitchen is great. Convenient acces to the tram line.

The only thing we liked was the provision of cold water in the reception area. Otherwise it was absolutely awful! Where do I begin, room was full of damp and smelled awful! There was damp in walls and bathroom ceiling was falling apart. Everything was so tired and used. There was no cleaning at all. They gave us 2 toilet rolls and 2 small towels for 5 day stay. On day 3 air conditioning stopped working and not worked for a day and night which made the temperature and the smell of the room unbearable! It was a shocking experience and I wouldn't wish that on anyone! I am confident this room was a health risk and i felt awful putting my child through this.

The people were accommodating

We had a great stay and the area was quiet and safe. Access to the local transportation was easy too!

The area, the neighborhood, the hotel, the staff, the energy is not for any tourists wanting to stay there.

Very nice hotel. Perfectly located by metro and bus stop. Very convenient. Will come back.
