The Air conditioning wasn't good enough to keep the room cool enough throughout the day. And for some odd reason youtube wasn't working on the Tv. It would have better if the room had a microwave.

Lovely reception staff and nice room, all toiletries that are necessary are provided which made our short stay very convenient. We are located on the 6th floor and had a partial view of the sea, I highly doubt anyone below us had any view of the sea at all due to another building being positioned right in front of ours. We also had a negative experience at the roof bar, where the food was overpriced in comparison with the surrounding area and the quality was not up to standard. We ordered dessert which was plated with dicarbonat soda instead of caster sugar. We asked the staff to confirm and we were lied in the face about it. At the end when paying we requested the service charge to be removed and we were told this was compulsory. Overall, nice room but avoid the roof top bar.

Description relates "This hotel sits directly on a white sand beach". It does not and it is 100 meters back from the beach with at least 3/4 buildings and a road in between.

Front staff very friendly, housekeeping satff always good.

Very nice hotel with a very good staff. The beds were a little firm for me and the pillows were great. My only pet piece was their policy to charge 1000 baht for guests. Most of the other hotels did not have this charge. I had some difficulty getting my eggs cooked right in the morning but they quickly corrected this.

Staff really nice but there is no parking as them said in website customer have to share parking area with other hotel or sometimes staff need to drive your car to park at the mall.

We had a great time

The locstion was excellent and the staff real friendly. The convenience store Tops and laundry service were just steps away from the hotel.

Location is very good

Great location in Pattaya !
