The location of the hotel is great, close to train station, shops and restaurants. Good facilities and good air com. Helpful and friendly staff.

Excelente estancia, muy limpio y amables

Everything was great. Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. Nicely located. My only issue were that the pillows were completely flat and not comfortable. Plus for a deluxe room we still found it a little small. I’d stay here again though.

Bathroom smelled like sewer. Closet had rusting. The hotel is old and needs a major update. But great location and lots of restaurant choices in the main hotel. Staff is amazing. Breakfast buffet is delicious.

For this price I would go somewhere else. About 30-40 min walk from shibuya, not much space in the room, but everything was clean and cleaning people were extremely diligent!

We stayed at the annex for two weeks and we had a good time. The location is very convenient as it was a 10 minute walk from the shinjuku station and right next door was a 7-11, family mart and Lawson allowing for convenient late night snacks. The staff were also very helpful and always had a good attitude to the customers. Not to mention the many free ammenties that they provide as well.

Great location, comfortable room. On site amenities we found extremely convenient were the coin laundry, a luggage storage, some restaurants and a kombini at the main hotel (next to the annex). Staff were also very helpful when we wanted to use a luggage transfer service. It is a big hotel, but we did not experience any inconvenience.

Very wonderful. The bed was so comfortable and all needed amenities were provided. I would stay here again, I was sad to leave.

The hotel is very pleasant, and the bed is extremely comfortable. Everything is very small and compact, so it's worth noting that large suitcases cannot be left open on the floor, and there is no wardrobe or storage space to unpack clothes for daily use. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. It's not especially close, but the distance is perfectly reasonable. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and there is a kettle with hot water in the room for coffee. I even ordered a few items from Amazon, and the front desk handled the deliveries very openly and helpfully. Overall, we had a very good experience.

I already knew going into it that the rooms were going to be small, but they are extremely small. If you have large check in bags plus other bags, it will be a nearly impossible fit. The worst part of the experience was the air conditioning. Apparently they have the building set to one temperature across the board, in the lobby it felt ok, but in our 11th floor room, it felt muggy. There is no AC unit in the room, only a humidifier and fan. The wifi was also very weak, and the pillows were such a weird crunchy uncomfortable material. The only good thing about this place is the location, close to Shinjuku and the government building with the observatory and nightly light show. We only spent our last couple days here before flying out, the rest of the time was airbnbs and they are still a tight squeeze but they at least had AC units and were much cheaper.
