First thing to know is that the staff are absolutely able to help you in English so if you're just getting off 15 hours+ of travel and 15 years+ of not speaking French, you should still try calling to get that airport pick up. It is super expensive to get there by taxi otherwise, so do it. You may be able to email them ahead of time, too. The room was great, the neighbourhood was quiet (exactly what we needed), and the breakfast was very good, too. We also bought supper from the hotel, and the pizza was good and the microwaveable cassoulet was shockingly fantastic. The staff was all very friendly and helpful (again, in my terrible French and their excellent English). There is also a wonderful cat available for pets and a peacock who is fun to watch.

An OK location, but it was very inconvenient to check in. Airport shuttle is not available in early hours

The hotel was clean but everything was worn looking. My bed had clean sheets but the mattress was caved in in the middle, and I had bites on my back & legs the next morning.

We were surprised at how remote the hotel was. Taxi cost 25Euros from train station to this hotel and then, without a car, there was no food nearby except the 10E pizzas (tasty) the hotel offered and 5E beer. there was free transport to the airport. breakfast is not free, but 12.50Euros. Another surprise was that to use the kitchen in your room, there was an additional 10E charge.

Booked this property solely for the free airport shuttle. Confirmed the night before but then was told the next morning it was unavailable. Had to pay 30 euros for a cab. Lights in room didn’t work and neither did the front gate. Do not recommend.

Nice and pleasant place to stay, they have a quick Check-in and Check-out process. Reception was able to respond to all questions. Things to consider: - Make sure you ask the receptionist if all good with your booking, at the time I checked in they did not charge the City tax of about 11 euros if you do not pay it it will happens that you will not be able to access your room. - If you do not speak French try to express it at first when at reception. Overall experience was good.

I have just one complaint: The airport shuttle works on business hours only. I needed to pay 28Euros for a cab to the airport in the early morning hours

This hotel is very handy for the airport. Staff were very welcoming & room was spacious & even small kitchenette. However the air conditioning system on the balcony is very noisy but that may not bother most people. Also no hairdryer in the room which was a bit of a nuisance. But overall I'd definitely recommend

good experience. but it was hard for us as we dont have car to go and buy our dayly needed things

Reallly nice people, really nice hotel. The services were great, but nobody helped me with my luggage. Breakfast was really complete.
