What an amazing time we had here! Tranquil peaceful relaxing atmosphere loved the gardens and privacy. The staff were very accommodating with dropping and picking us up from the pick up point. Thank you!

There was zero hospitiality from the staff from hotel.

Lots of issues with this place. 1. Cars can’t access the property. You have to walk up a LOT of stairs with your bags in 35deg. When we got there they said “call us next time, we’ll help”. How about you tell us that before? Terrible communication. Anyone with any disability or even just can’t slog up 40 stairs in 35 deg can’t stay here. 2. In our 4 days there the wifi worked ONE day, intermittently. When we went to ask one day they said “oh it’s out all day, we know that maybe tomorrow” So they knew and didn’t bother to inform us. Again, comms suck. 3. “Restaurant” was closed first 2 days, then the food was awful. 4. They have a golf buggy to take you to a taxi area. They are always late and some of the drivers won’t even go up the ramp -just more slogging in 35deg 5. The villa had a small lounge area but it was open to the environment. So, as a family we could sit in our individual rooms or we could sit in the mosquito ridden lounge. With no tv (wifi based) and one small couch. To be fair, it was quiet and having our own pool was great. They can fix these issues but we won’t stay there again or recommend

This was a return visit. I managed to get the same villa as the last time. The staff here simply are awesome, they cannot do enough to help you. The surroundings are serene and tranquil. The services from laundry to buggy drop are fantastic. Great selection of breakfast options and food during day. 15 min walk to central Ubud. Perfect home from home. See you next April guys. What an incredible place to get away for a couple of days. Away from noise, people and traffic. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Hugely overpriced. Don't pay more than $70 for this place. VERY rustic, no place to sit in "living area". Construction going on around the villas.

nice place. comfortable beds but service is poor check in was horable the receptionist was very very rud i came with the family late evening i expect at lest warm treatment the breakfast is good swiming pool was good one staff name Angos need a course to know to smile and treat custumers internet was fast

This property was quiet and clean, close to a beautiful yoga studio

the scenery and privacy.the landscape and the pool was rather was dirty but the staff cleaned it up after 2 requests.

Loved the one bedroom pool villa. We requested the villa which had the most privacy and we were happy with what we received (muslim couple). Pool was surprisingly large and the food at the restaurant was very nice. With the complementary breakfast there are a range of options to choose from as well as choice of juice, fruit and tea/coffee. The floating breakfast in the pool was a unique and enjoyable experience. Other services available were room service style spa, laundry and free buggy service. We really enjoyed our honeymoon welcome the entirety of the stay. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As you are in Ubud there are a lot of insects and harmless gecko’s. There is a net around the bed to protect against mosquitos.
