I have stayed at this chain before but this was the first time in Surry Hills. The room was well equipped and was clean and tidy upon our arrival. Check in was a breeze. The hotel is well located and is amongst a lot of cafe's and dinning establishments on Crowne street. Also not far are a couple of supermarkets if you intend to buy food cook in the kitchen. You will find all you need in the kitchen if you decide to do so. If I had only one issue it would be that although the room has all you could need it lacked a smart TV. Sadly it was only terrestrial TV (in both the living room and bedroom) which meant unless you bring your own set top box or laptop to plug in the back, your stuck with a lot of reruns on the TV. Despite the TV, I am going back in a week or so and I intend to stay there again. It is good value for money and a perfect location.

Great location. Plenty of cafes and bars around . Nice vibe . Staffs are friendly and helpful . Room is clean and spacious. We had a great time stay with 2 young kids .

This is a great location for our purposes - event at Allianz Stadium. Plenty of good bars and cafes around, and a short walk to Central Station. Staff were friendly on check in and check out. We arrived a bit early and left our bags to go wandering. When we came back about 45 minutes after check-in time we had to wait about 10 minutes for our room. Because it's such a great location and our room (511) faced onto Crown Street, there was fairly loud music from nearby bars. That doesn't bother us and we went to sleep easily, but it's worth mentioning for those that might be affected by the noise. It was very quiet in the morning. We had a pretty good view from the balcony over the rooftops. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped for a longer self-catering stay. The body wash dispenser in the shower had nothing in it, which caused only minor inconvenience. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Allianz.

Staff were very friendly and check in was smooth. Car park was decently spacious ( very rare in inner Sydney) . Room were dated but very comfortable

Bathroom could have had a better clean and the shower head kept falling down. Other a okay stay

Great location & way cheaper than apartments in the CBD, a short 10 min walk to pickup the light rail & your in the CBD within minutes. 2 bedrooms are a great size, family friendly, we had 3 twin rooms 8 adults & 6 kids. We had no issues with parking for our 3 cars. Thanks to the team very helpful.

The kitchen was equpped with what you need, altough we only had a short stay and didnt use it at all

Pool cold but hot tub nice. Glass wear was incredibly dirty but room was nice and clean. Apartment was spacious and good for families. Would stay there again.

Great location / neighborhood! Lots of restaurants and bars close by and easy access to public transportation. Hotel stays very friendly and room was good size.

Great location in the heart of crown st with great dining and bars all around .room had great city views!!
