Breakfast was good great family atmosphere helpful staff, maintenance is about same as everywhere in PH rushed and stands out visibly. Overall good hotel away from noise of el nido proper.

Staff were helpful and rooms were clean

Great staff. Somewhat distance from the town center (approximately 15 mins by transportation). Some of my time was spent on tours and eating dinner by the town square. Not much to do at the hotel. Most of your time will spent going to other destinations.

The staff at Charlie’s was exceptional and welcoming. We loved the breakfast and the room. My only complaint was the travel time and distance Charlie’s was from the town square.

Our flight was canceled at 8 PM due to bad weather. The staffs are amazing to get 9 of us at the airport, accommodated and attended to our needs. Kudos to all the staff and thank you so much!

Room - 10/10 for cleanliness 👏 Staff - 100% professional and friendly 👏 Breakfast - 10/10 best taste ever 👏 Shuttle service - 10/10 for always being early or on time 👏 I will be back and stay in Charlie’s El Nido again and again! 🎉👏👏👏

Shuttle service and friendly staff. No elevator

I and my family enjoyed our stay at Charlie’s El Nido. No complaints: The rooms were spotless. The staff were all so helpful and accommodating.

Everything is convenient. Rooms are great. Staff is wonderful. Service water is always easy to get. Great restaurant. Clean room and pools. Shuttle service was convenient. I just wish the hot water lasted a little longer.

Charlie’s El Nido was an absolute gem. It’s not on the water but it is only a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach and very close to the airport. The pool was crisp, the facility was well maintained and the rooms were great. We did have a suite but still, what we had was quite nice. Especially compared to some other properties around the area. My extended Filipino family also loved their breakfast stating it was very good. They offered a variety of Filipino classics along with pancakes and eggs for a more westernized (American) breakfast. We will definitely consider Charlie’s again for a return visit.
