I liked everything. Room was very comfortable. Super clean. Staff were very friendly. Many thanks for the girls Lele Jasmine and Miao Miao you were very nice.

The overall condition is great. The staff are very nice, helping checkin and checkout, opening elevator, and so on. Special thanks to Sherry who online answered my questions promptly and warm-hearted. I’m very happy for my three days stay. The swimming pool and gym equipment seem not impressive, no hot tub in the swimming area.

Overall excellent. Gym was disappointing. Miaomiao at the reception knows good english and takes extra effort to help out.

We were warmly greeted at check-in and offered a complimentary room upgrade. Alice and Rita spoke excellent English and were helpful throughout our stay. Our room had a very nice view of the city and was elegant, spacious and comfortable. Rooms were very well sound-proofed. The hotel manager, a very pleasant Frenchman, greeted us at breakfast (which was excellent!) and came to say good-bye as we were checking out. I can't imagine a more professional and helpful staff.

Breakfast wasn't completely free for the child over 14, people would need to read clearly all the T&C.
the receiption hall was a bit noisy everyday as it was let out for activities.
Otherwise it was good, clean and confortable.
