It was great ! I enjoy staying at this location

We got a VIP room that had its own pool and sauna inside. I suppose for the price you pay, you can’t expect like top notch luxury. I did enjoy my stay. The sauna was very relaxing and felt new/clean. The pool looked a little dated and cost about $75 (US dollars) to fill up with warm water. Each time. Some parts of the wall were aging. The living area furniture was very outdated and the upholstery (I think you call it?) was cracked. Even the furniture in the lobby looked a little gross to sit on. Having two bathrooms was nice. Though one was oddly designed so that the door was very close to my face once I sat down in it. Both showers also face/reflect off the large bathroom mirror… so be careful if you don’t want to flash anyone you’re sharing the room with. There is nothing inside the shower to hang a towel, so when you open the door to grab a towel, you have to reach your hand out to grab stuff, hoping no one sees you. Other than that, there is a convenient store right up the street as well as a 24hr Korean bbq spot. One direction, it’s all businesses and in the other is a lot of foods. Very close to Main Street area where there’s a lot of Olive Youngs and cosmetic surgery places, if that’s what you’re looking for. Staff was pretty friendly and helpful. I didn’t have any trouble speaking with them. I think they all spoke English, some better than others. There is laundry in the basement. Free. But no dryer. Also open 24h, but might be creepy at night.

Location was great. Sadly pool was under construction but we still enjoy our stay

It’s a well located and good little hotel. Older than it looks in the photos the rooms are a little weird but still fine. Only ONE power socket in the whole room too. My room had a slit of a window looking at another building just metres away, so I’m guessing there are rooms with hour windows at all. I would stay again as a solo or business traveller but would take my wife somewhere nicer :-)

I struggled with what to say here, the staff were so lovely and kind and I don't want to give them a bad review but that being said the condition of our room was HORRENDOUS. I've never in my life gone to a hotel that was soooooo dirty. Dirtier than a Motel 6. There was huge balls of dust around the bed and under, on the walls were lint balls of dust, mold in the shower, cigarette butts under the bed, just absolutely disgusting. I woke up the first night with rashes on my arms from my dust allergies. Also the room is not what it looks like and none of the rooms have privacy if you're travelling with someone you don't want to change in front of but that's another story. Now, the staff were good about it, they offered us another room however it had tile flooring and my elderly mom could slip so that didn't work. We were forced to stay in our room, they said they would clean it well, 3 days later, still not cleaned and I was showing them the dust bunnies. It blew my mind they couldn't see all the dirt and dust still left in the room. Finally 5 days later, the cleaner came for a deep clean, we had to show her what needed to be done (my mom used to be a housekeeping staff supervisor so she showed her everything) and finally we got the room cleaned. Not perfect there was still mold in the shower but they did try their best. Worst thing tho, this hotel wouldn't partially refund anything in the end, so that kind of throws the nice staff thing out the door....
