1. staff is poor and no manner 2.construction noise 3.Breakfast is no good, 4.manager in charge is very rude and unpolite.

Clean room, helpful staff. Was upgraded to a large room with view, but too much noise due to the remodeling.

Fairly clean property. Free laundry is a huge plus. Although detergent is not provided. Convenient location.

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good. Property is in the middle of remodel and are old in some area.

The staff are so friendly. We ate supposed to stay at Vinhomes but because we cannot provide the contact details although we have the receipt, they even ask us to take our luggages outside. We came gere so stressed out abd the staffs welcome us with cold flavoured water.

Apartment like hotels, it’s in a quiet location, laundry room is easy accessible. Great for family and staff is great! Love to stay again.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The area was near shops and easy walking.

Similar to staying in an apartment but with the added bonus of hotel service. A great find with two separate bedrooms at a reasonable price. The staff were great, the onsite self-service laundry room saved my life, had no issue with noise and the air con units for each room operated faultlessly. A few things they will hopefully improve on since they’re going through some renovations: 1. The lifts are really slow. I know they’re being used for the renovations but you can find yourself waiting a long time. Luckily I was only on the 3rd floor and used the fire escape staircase but those who are on higher floors, be patient. 2. The WiFi wasn’t great in the room, connection was intermittent. 3. Although the laundry room saved my life, the machines could do with a clean as there’s mould on the rubber and visible lint in the dryers. 4. Gym is small but hopefully the renovations improve and update equipment.

It’s a nice place to stayed,under renovation and very inconvenient with the dirt and noise
