We stayed at this property after having our crbo canceled last minute and couldnt have been happier with it. We were greeted by Alberto, whose warm and fun personality was just what we needed after the long to do regarding our canceled reservation. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for our luggage and to walk around comfortably. The beds were tempur-pedic mattresses that were fairly comfortable The bathroom was a little odd, with the light switch behind the door and the toilet right next to the wall. However, it did the job and worked well. The water pressure a d temperature were excellent. Though the hotel was located a little bit outside the city center, it was conveniently located near multiple tram and bus stops, so getting around was easy. There were plenty of nice restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store. Definitely recommend!!

Hôtel simple et très propre. On apprécie la proximité du centre historique et la gentillesse du personnel comme Alberto le réceptionniste.

Friendliness

It's an 1970 hotel. Small shower. We had a lot of mosquitos in the room. Maybe from aircond, super anoying. You can here the other rooms and corridor, it's very responsive. It's expensive and there are no restaurants close by. It's a 15 mins walking to San Babila and metro. Very expensive, meaning no price value. I cannot recommend it. No breakfast.

Very good hotel for its price and excellent location

They’ve to improve some things

Everything was good. Close to major landmarks.

The best part of Hotel Pavone was the staff who were helpful, starting with Diego, who helped me add another guest to my reservation. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location felt safe and quiet, with convenient access to public transportation. Apart from that, my hotel room was small, particularly the restroom. I stayed in a double room with two separate beds. I'm not tall or large, but literally you're sitting face to wall while in the restroom. If you're looking to sleep in, good luck with that. You can hear all the noise from the hallway, guests talking, workers vacuuming/cleaning the rooms. I felt the cost of my stay was expensive considering the basic amenities or lack of amenities in the room.

Very tiny bathroom. Legs went into the shower when sitting on toilet. Typically European in size for rest of room. Right in the city however, close to the Duomo, about 10 minute walk.
