Had 4 breakfasts from 4 nights stay. The breakfast was all vegetables, watermelon , oranges, egg and food make from floor and potatoes; no meat at all. From the room, one can hear doors opening/closing, people talking , vehicles noises etc.

Daily clean up was great, restock of amenities

There are many Indians in the hotel. Breakfast buffet was below average. It was noisy at night, even at 1 am you can hear traffic noise.

There is no internet access to Netflix even though already signed in. Less tv channels,should input a few more locals tv.

During 1st day of arrival, my partner complained that the bath towel & toilet smelly & we also spot black mold in the bathroom. We've to buy air freshener & bath towel during our stay. The TV reception not clear enough. We've the frontline staff for extra cloth hanger, they just give us 1 PIECE ONLY. The frontline staff are not friendly at all. They should promote Mr Sam as frontline staff instead, he is very friendly & make us feel welcomed.

Good location, quite, bed comfortable, good pillow.

Rooms are small. Bathroom not clean Receptionist grumpy and no smile at all

Overall ok. Convenient location

Property very run down and not well maintained. Layout of the room is odd with bed in one side likwe in a corner.

Metro Hotel is a good budget hotel compared to others in the area. Friendly staff, clean bed and good location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Plenty of interesting places just with a walking distance. The only negative thing about this hotel is the carpet in the room needs power cleaning once in every few months. The carpet was dirty and I didn’t want to walk on it with out my slippers.
