It's to far away from everything. But everyone was very nice and very helpful and very friendly in the hotel . We had a wonderful time . Clean room and good service

Very family friendly and very relaxing. Our rooms were spacious, the breakfast buffet delicious, and the pool was so fun! There was also a shuttle that took us to the nearest metro so we could travel to downtown. We love this place!

Overall a nice property with comfortable rooms. A little off the beaten path but if you want a good getaway this is a great spot. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet, albeit pricey imare both world class

A nice hotel in that region.

The hotel was adequate and had a number of plus points. Firstly, it has a great swimming pool that my kids especially enjoyed as there's a kids pool with a slide and lots of fountains! The gym was well equipped and the changing rooms were comfortable and in good condition. The other plus was the restaurant which had a good breakfast with western and Chinese options. On the negative side, our room was a bit smelly and the drainage system in the bathroom appeared to be the cause. Also the hotel staff did not speak as much English as I expected for an international branded hotel. I had to spend a lot of time explaining myself to the concierge or room service to make sure they understood my requests. On reflection, I think this could be because the hotel is located quite far from Shanghai but one of the reasons I choose to stay at Crowne Plaza was because I could enjoy an international standard hotel and this was a bit of a disappointment for me.

The service was great, the hotel room was clean, but the lobby was quite cold and it seems that the heating wasn't opened, that's really unbelievable! The bedroom was clean also. However, the shower was not quite stable, sometimes it became weak or cool for the water that made me quite annoyed!

The wifi in the hotel was really bad. It kept going in and out. Also, the hotel didn't have a useable business center. The hotel only had one bar and it was very smokey.

Nice Hotel. Confusing architecture. You need a map to find your way around the hotel. Away from Shanghai.
