We recently returned from an unforgettable stay at the Conrad Koh Samui. From start to finish, the resort delivered a perfectly relaxing experience. While its cliffside location is undeniably remote, the sweeping views of the Five Islands and the stunning night stars make the seclusion entirely worthwhile. Seamless Transport and Dining Flexibility You might worry that the isolated location makes getting around difficult, but we found the transport links surprisingly efficient. Grab cars were readily accessible, and we actually experienced shorter wait times here than we did in Phuket. The resort's steep terrain is managed by a fleet of golf buggies. Theset are excellent, arriving promptly whenever you need a lift around the property. Dining at the resort is undeniably expensive, but the hotel offers brilliant flexibility to balance your budget: The morning spread is genuinely amazing, offering a vast selection of high-quality options that set you up for the day. The hotel allows you to order external food deliveries via Grab. Drivers drop your food at reception, and the staff promptly deliver it right to your villa door. We stopped at a supermarket on our way to the resort to stock up on supplies. Because the villas feature full-sized fridges, keeping snacks and drinks fresh was incredibly easy. The buggy system was cumbersome and inconsistent. Don’t think it was a personnel issues but just the system. Could be 2-20 mins different so was hard to plan when they would come. North was very good to us the entire trip! Bill was excellent with customer service the entire time. Khim was excellent at the pool and the tour to the islands.

I want to start off by saying that you are definitely getting your money’s worth when you stay here. The whole experience was incredible from the very beginning. When you drive up, it feels like you’re nowhere near anything, and then once you arrive, it feels like paradise. The staff really takes care of you. If you’re an English speaker, just be patient with them. No one has an attitude, and if you ask for something and they can do it, they definitely will. The room I got was right in front of the sunset — Room 211. You have your own pool with an amazing view overlooking the ocean and the sunset. The food is exquisite. If you’re just starting off, I definitely recommend the Wagyu burger. The steakhouse is also great — just keep in mind that if you’re from the States, the steak may be prepared a little differently. The general pool is great, and every time your room gets cleaned, it feels like you just arrived all over again. Overall, if I could live there, I definitely would. If you’re visiting, I recommend staying at least three days so you can truly enjoy everything the resort has to offer.

We recently spent a few unforgettable days at Conrad Koh Samui in a stunning two-bedroom villa, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff. The villa itself was exceptional — spacious, beautifully designed, and with breathtaking views that are simply hard to describe. Waking up each morning overlooking the ocean was something truly special. The food throughout our stay was incredible, with every meal beautifully presented and consistently delicious. It really added to the luxury experience. A very special thank you to Bill from the service team, who went above and beyond to help curate and manage our experiences, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. His attention to detail, kindness, and dedication made a huge difference to our stay. Thanks to Bill, we enjoyed unforgettable moments including a fantastic longboat excursion to Pig Island and smooth, stress-free transfers throughout our trip. This was a truly memorable family holiday, and we cannot wait to return. Highly recommend Conrad Koh Samui to anyone looking for world-class service, incredible food, and one of the best views in Thailand.

Amazing villas, view, food, staff.

Beautiful Villas & Unforgettable Views at Conrad Koh Samui We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad Koh Samui, and the view was absolutely the highlight of the entire experience. The private villas with their own infinity pools overlook the ocean and offer some of the most breathtaking views we’ve ever seen. Waking up each morning and watching the sunset from the villa was truly unforgettable and definitely worth the price. The breakfast was incredible—one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. There was an amazing variety, from fresh tropical fruits to local Thai dishes and international options. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Overall, the resort is stunning and very peaceful, perfect if you’re looking for privacy and relaxation. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A couple of things to keep in mind: the property is starting to feel a little outdated in some areas and could benefit from a refresh. Also, although the hotel is on the water, there isn’t really a traditional sandy beach—the shoreline is mostly rocky. Dining at the resort is good but quite expensive. We stayed for five nights and had a car, which made it easy to explore local restaurants where you can find great food for a fraction of the price. The resort is also fairly remote, about 45 minutes to an hour drive from most areas on the island, so having transportation is helpful. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.
