Good service

As a regular hotel guest, the overall hotel staff demonstrate good quality, and the hotel rooms are always very clean. However the swimming pool needs to be upgraded. I would happy to use the facility in the future. The check out was quick, but the front desk staff was unenthusiastic. It needs to be improved. The hotel rate is also reasonable. I would still recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a bit dated, however the location is great for me. Particularly the lobby manager Angela was so impressive and very professional. Some staff at the club lounge were also friendly. The breakfast in the club lounge was limited.

Room is clean, but it’s dated. Hotel facilities are very basic. Location is good for me. I stayed for a week. The hotel towels are particularly very old somehow. It should be improved.

We stayed for three nights at the Radisson Collection, and overall it was a good experience. We didn’t have breakfast there, but we did have the buffet dinner, which offered all kinds of seafood, sushi, and traditional Chinese food. They also had beef, chicken, lamb, and several salads. The buffet included desserts as well as alcoholic beverages such as wine and beer. For the price, we highly recommend it. Unfortunately, we can’t rate it five stars, as the service still needs improvement for a hotel under the Radisson brand. A lady called Alice, who was in charge of the dinner buffet bookings, was very rude and disrespectful for no apparent reason. Besides that, we had a good experience overall at a reasonable price. The hotel is also close to a nice boulevard full of restaurants, Starbucks, and convenience stores. It’s roughly 30–40 minutes from The Bund with traffic when using DiDi, which is very cheap.

checking in staff were so cold, not COOL.toilet was auto flushing periodically.no checking in welcome gift received, while others had.when my wife wonderded two beds room assigned, the staff didn't give us a choice,etc.

Not confortable bed !! Old !! Far away from downtown !!
