少しがっかり家族と滞在 · 友人同士・ファミリー
Very small room
Air conditioner was not there. It’s air cool and not much scope of opening windows. Did not provide extra fan either.
Staff was not very helpful
I would rate this place as 1.5star. Not 3 or 4 star

Staff was friendly, didn’t have any issues with anything. We didn’t do the breakfast

They keep the AC at 24 degrees Celsius. You cannot change it. It’s located in a bad neighborhood (unsafe place). It’s unsanitary (very dirty/ mole everywhere). Do not stay there.

the hotel is nice, and clean. the staff is good and helpful. the area around the hotel is very questionable specially for a family with kids. went out for a walk and felt very uneasy. would not suggest this area for a family stay.

The room was fair for the price. There aren't any tea making facilities.
The staff were helpful and the room was clean.
The check in is at the third floor.

とても良いひとりで滞在
Clean, basic rooms. Friendly staff. Stairs needed to reach some rooms. Neighborhood is working class neighborhood with graffiti everywhere. I returned late one night and passed 2 police investigations ongoing on the 1 km walk from Metro.
