We stayed in a superior suite. The room was very nice, amenities and bed were great, however we didn't get any sleep. The room was noisy from the nearby nightclub that didn't close until 5:30 am. Even with the windows closed, the noise was extreme, especially the spillover of peoplle yelling as they left at all hours of the night. In addition, after a mistake in the reservation (ours) booking for 1 instead of 2 (the room was a double) they charged us extra for each night, even though on the website when booking there is no difference in the stated price with one or two guests.

The location was excellent. Just 100 ft away from the waterfront, and a block away from tourist attraction of Ariztotelous Square, and pickup location for day trips. In spite of being so close the location was remarkably private and quiet.
The property is a heritage site and has been very well maintained.
It is a no frills boutique hotel (no pool, no gym) and budget friendly hotel.
The breakfast was excellent.
