We booked three reservations. Their cancellation policy is great and it allows us flexibility in our trip. We travelled from Sapporo and were not sure to arrive on the first day of our reservation. So the one day reservation plus a three day was perfect. Great Japanese breakfast. Book larger rooms if you have luggage. Staff very amazing and helpful.

Small rooms, so book larger rooms if you have luggage. Staff is amazing and very helpful. We were able to upgrade and we even extended our stay.
Great Japanese breakfast.

We were welcomed warmly by the front desk staff. This is a nice hotel right beside the high speed train close to ski hills. It has everything you need including an Onsen (if that is your thing). Rooms were clean and quiet
