nice clean room, very nice staff, very helpful, great location. Breakfast buffet worth it, really good food. Didn't try dinner. Suggest that they could have more of a social bar, that would be a lot of fun for travelers (meaning, maybe set up a table in lobby and sell drinks x 1-2 hrs/night. ) Rooms are small as is typical in Japan, without that much storage space; but, that is a standard thing in nearly all hotels in Japan. Everything works, everything is clean, and the bedding is comfy.

Beautiful property and helpful bathroom amenities. Only one laundry for many guests, fyi.

Unique, has library with some interesting books

The staff are friendly and the location is convenient.

Great location with lots of nearby restaurants. Hotel was immaculate and the staff were excellent.

Location was great. Breakfast was expensive IMO though. Many nice places to go for breakfast nearby.

The hotel was great. Only 5 minute was to the subway station. The staff was very friendly. The room was well maintained and clean.

Very kind and attentive staff. Excellent attention to detail and provision of amenities in room.

Location is very nice for a walk to Tokyo Tower and close enough to the Asakusa line and Mita Line.
