最高 Genuinely warm and welcoming staff who were super helpful and very attentive. Fantastic location on Oriental Parade, right on the waterfront and a very short walk to the CBD. Great value for money.

少しがっかり I have stayed here quite a bit over the years and was shocked when I arrived to find that the majority of the hotel is closed for earth quake strengthening it is barely operational. The reception is moved up to the 1st floor and the whole place including my room was run down and very grim. Wouldn't recommend at all, great location but thats about all it has going for it.

Hotel was partly under construction due to a new law that buildings in Wellington needed to comply. Easy walking to museums, harbor, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarket.
Did not get the chance to try the hotel restaurant. It was a bit pricey.

The room was nice with good views. Very prompt breakfast service to room. Housekeeping did not occur until the afternoon which was annoying as I was working in my room sometimes. Everything was fine except the restaurant for dinner. I get it is an award winning one etc but no many fish/ vege choices, very meat forward.

Convenient location. Staff pleasant, professional and extremely helpful - going the extra mile to assist. Rooms and facilities clean and well maintained. A wider menu selection for meals would have been appreciated.
