This hotel is nice but has definitely seen better days. The decorating and furnishings are very old and dated and the pool chairs etc were very worn. The game room is just a few games set up in an event room. The staff was lovely though. Would likely stay somewhere nicer and more central if I came back to Seville.

This is not a 4 star hotel 3 at most! The location is far from the main attractions but close to a shopping mall which is convinient. The hotel rooms arr old and dated. The bathrooms have mould. The air conditioning is old style and didnt really cool the room. The kettle was so old the plastic had melted. There were only 3 lifts so in a morning there was a 5 mins wait for a lift. The pool is seasonal so even though it was 30 degrees out the pool was shut.

Fantastic choice of breakfast menu and well-organised by staff. Location was ideal, within easy reach of airport, walking distance from main station and cheap, reliable metro service into city centre and main sights.
Friendly staff but sometimes long waits for service for evening meals at busy times. Spacious, comfortable rooms, but beds might need renewing.

Very average for Novotel. I expected much more. The air conditioning did not work properly we always woke up sweating. There was only one side of the room that had sockets for charging.
Breakfast was fine, and also good parking facility.
To be honest for the price you pay I would expect more. Would avoid staying again if I could.

最高 The hotel was very nice, staff helpful and close for a nice walk or easy subway ride to the old town.

とても良いひとりで滞在
I had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely come back. The first thing that stood out was how clean and well maintained the room was. Everything felt tidy and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day.
