少しがっかり This property has the potential to be absolutely amazing. The problems we experienced were: the entire flat smells (very strongly) of damp. It is riddled. The washer dryer does not work as a dryer - at all. Needs to be completely replaced. There are no mugs (!!) and the shower door was broken and it is extremely dangerous. Heavy glass - not safe. Such a pity as this was my favourite place when booking and it was very disappointing, especially because all of that is fixable. The damp problem must be serious because Madrid is extremely dry and hot. We stayed at hotels one third of the price and were much more comfortable than here. I did not complain because nothing would be fixed in our stay - I am only writing this in the hope that another family does not have to go through the same.

最高 The property was spotless, well designed, and the host’s communication was outstanding. My only suggestion would be to make the space feel a bit more homey, as it currently feels geared toward very short stays with minimal items. Even a few additional touches would elevate the experience. Otherwise, everything was excellent. I would definitely look to stay at their other properties around Europe

We enjoyed the apartment. It was advertised as 2 bedrooms but the 2nd bedroom only had a partition dividing the living and the 2nd bedroom is a screen wall and no actual door. Other than that it was a great accommodation.

少しがっかり We had a terrible experience in the hotel. The door to the building was locked and we could not get in and were stuck with young kids outside for hours. Bad experience! The communication with the person in charge was not helpful. At the end a guest helped us get in.

Great location, friendly staff. Washer/dryer combo was inside the unit, very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was AMAZING!! It was clean, spacious and location was heavenly. It was 10 min to Gran Via area. I felt really safe. I wish we would have booked a longer stay. We will definitely be back. I HIGHLY recommend.
