Staff was ok Cafe area got upset with me because they got my order wrong and I asked them to give me the order I placed Rooms were old No tv Breakfast area was totally full with tour groups. Walked around for 10 minutes to find a place to sit. They need to organize tour groups to eat earlier or set out an area for other guests

The room was very basic and poorly maintained, looking old and outdated. While it appeared clean at first glance, I did notice a small cockroach, which was disappointing. The worst part of the stay, however, was the check-out experience. Reception called me twice on the morning of check-out, starting at 10:00 am, in a very rude manner, insisting that I leave by 11:00 am at the latest. When I went down at 11:00, there was a huge queue, as many guests had clearly been asked to leave at exactly the same time. It took around 40–45 minutes just to check out and receive the deposit. This situation could easily be avoided with better organization. Guests should not all be pushed to check out at the same time, allowing a staggered window (for example between 11:00 and 12:00) would greatly reduce queues and unnecessary inconvenience.

It was a very busy hotel, but they offered a nice buffet breakfast

Restaurant and food and bar were awful... Pool is nice but has no sun... Sun is blocked by building and theres no service or anything. Price was a kittle high for what you get.Dissapointing

Staff & service is horrible, never ever want to go there, I had to raise my voice to service people but feel like I am taking to a wall

Rooms very poor and dated for 4* and with the name of palace I expected more.very basic in room and decor and bathroom very tired

Hotel is very outdated, especially the bathroom. Seems to have not been updated since the 60s/70s. Sink and bathtub was clogged and the toilet did not work well.

Do not book at thia hotel! Its infested with cockroaches and when i found 2 in my room. I askes for a refund. They would not refund me.since i booked through expedia. They lobbby stinks like mildew & stale water. The front desk staff dont undertand a word of english and the concierge staff one guy kept begging me to buy him food. Very unprofessional and untrained staff. Stay away from this hotel unless you want your kids bitten by roaches.
