the bed was horrible, made it difficult to sleep. i've stayed in plenty of hotels around the world and this was the worst. i needed multiple massages after sleeping in that bed. horrible quality. check in was also so long for no reason. we waited over an hour for our room and was harassed by one of the club representative trying to sell us a membership. she was very negative and left a bad taste to the welcoming

Lies and lies. Does not look like the pictures. Staff are rude and do not speak English. We had loads of bugs in our bed and bathroom.

This is hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! We booked the Premium Pool Suite, and it was huge, clean, and stunning. Arriving to rose petals and swan towels was so special, and the room's private pool was the best feature-we loved swimming at any time of day. The property has everything you need: a gym, two large pools, a great restaurant, and a beautiful ocean-view bar. Above all, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this resort to everyone and can't wait to come back!

This is not a 5-star hotel experience. We initially booked a Deluxe Room, but the room felt extremely damp, so we decided to pay extra to upgrade to a private pool ocean view room. Unfortunately, the experience still fell short. The private pool had debris inside, including what looked like tripod pieces left behind from previous guests, and the water was ice cold, making it unusable during our stay. Communication was also difficult, as some staff members spoke very little English. While a few staff were friendly and helpful, others seemed uninterested and not service-oriented at all. The hotel location is quite inconvenient if you want to go out and explore Phuket, and sadly there isn’t much happening within the hotel itself either. The pool bars were closed most of the time, and no staff came around to check whether guests needed drinks or assistance. We also found a lizard in our room. I called the concierge twice, and both times they said someone would come, but no one showed up for over an hour. Breakfast was average at best. The croissants were clearly store-bought rather than freshly baked, the fruit selection was limited, and items were not replenished once they ran out. Overall, the hotel simply did not feel like a true 5-star property, and unfortunately I would not recommend it.

Have stayed couple of times here and over the time it has gone down but still a nice place to enjoy.

This place was amazing and definitely going back. The staff will make sure its a dream stay if you need anything.

The upper part of the property is beautiful, the lower part is not and in major need of a serious remodel. I was shocked pulling in how not nice it was! The breakfast was disappointing for the price, we have stayed many places in Thailand much less expensive with much better breakfasts. If you want a high end resort I suggest you stay somewhere else!
