Great stay and close to everything. Elevator was a big plus. Breakfast was included.

Decor

Location is not ideal, quite a distance to restaurants/coffee shops; sandwiched between two VERY busy thoroughfares and as such it’s extremely loud at all hours. Hotel not at all as presented online, it’s very dated, especially bathrooms (moldy tiles in the tiny tub/shower): the decor is a tacky mess with neon lights, faux flowers adorning plaster statues, and terrible wallpaper throughout. We were so disappointed. All made worse by a dismissive front desk team who were the opposite of welcoming, was told there’s a €10 charge for ice to chill the complimentary bottle provided as part of our Expedia booking. Will not be returning or recommending.

They were very Accommodating

I enjoy my stayed. Small petite room but it clean and stylish 💕Loved the breakfast in the morning and my walk to the shops, the metro Spagna, and restaurants. I Highly Recommended!

Lovely stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable with a park-facing view (pleasant, not stunning). Staff were the standout: the concierge gave great dinner recommendations, and everything we wanted to see was an easy walk. One note for travelers: after turndown service one evening, our room door was left open. We came back to find it that way. The front desk addressed it kindly when we raised it. Worth a quick check on your way out. I love the nhow brand, the aesthetic, the locations, the design. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Hotel!

The breakfast was phenomenol. Tons of delicious options. The restaurant was the best restaurant in a hotel we have been to. The whole hotel is unique and breathtaking. Beautifully thought out. Our teens loved it. The hotel is by far the greatest hotel we have stayed in. They even left us waters at night and candu on our pillows. Great location and friendly and helpful satff. Will stay here every time we come to Rome!

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The rooms, vast breakfast, location. A delightful stay!

Perfect location. Staff were great.only disappointing think was my son had left his head phones in room, but we all ready checked out. Went back 4 hours later to collect bags and told reception about him leaving his headphones, however they were not handed in! Lessons learned.
