Nothing to get excited about but nothing to complain about. Typical business like hotel. Chose it for the location mainly so pricy but convenient for our stay.

The concierge was incredible! He gets a 10. The waitstaff and bartenders were about a 6. There was virtually no closet. It was only deep enough for three dresses. It was the strangest closet I’ve ever seen. The location is excellent for getting around though. I would probably stay there again.

Small but comfortable room with everything in it that should be there. Water pressure in shower was a bit weak but otherwise fine. Good breakfast. Friendly staff throughout But pricey but I suppose that’s London!

We stayed there for three nights and everything was very good

Very disappointed with our stay here. This hotel charges enormous price but falls way behind for what it could offer. We arrived passed 1pm after a long international flight but were told it was too early to check in! Really??? We would certainly understand if it were 10AM or even at noon. Once we checked in at 3pm and started to take a shower, the drain was blocked and the whole bathroom was flooded! I had to get out without finishing shower. What a disaster. If you are choosing this hotel only because it serves as a cruise transfer pickup location (like we did), try to find a nearly hotel and walk over. Not worth the money to stay here.

Ideal - perfect location; london is truly at your doorstep. Room was spotless, and staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location. Only 5 mins walk from Victoria train and underground station so easy to get to. Very convenient for the Apollo Victoria Theatre and easy access to anywhere in London. Rooms are well appointed as you'd expect from a Hilton.
