great luxurious stay here. clean and great amenities. staff is respecfiul and helpful.

Lovely full service apartment hotel, spacious room with everything we needed. Great location and you can access the subway from the building (ask, it wasn’t obvious!). We enjoyed the breakfast and espresso in the lobby. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a kitchen/washer/dryer with all the conveniences of an upscale full service hotel.

Like I say that everything was amazing. The staff was wonderful.

Fabulous location near the Palace and Tokyo station, lots of nice eating places below and some high end shopping also in the area Would book here again

Breakfast does not have many selections

Amazing hospitality and laundry in rooms. Great location next to the imperial temple and very close to tokyo main station.

Excellent hotel. Very high end and comfortable. I loved the kitchen. But I’m uncomfortable with high end computerized appliances. I did not like the bathtub and shower with a window. How wants to be seen while taking a shower. Our safe didn’t work, while we were there. Although I called the front desk and reserved a swim time. We were rudely interrupted by a man claiming that he had made a reservation for that time. His was on the books and ours wasn’t. A clear error on the part of someone. I didn’t not like the hotel lobby being on the 22nd floor. Very quiet, but very removed. The Ascot is for a special clientele. I would have loved it more if the lobby was on the first floor. The pool was amazing. I’ve never seen a pool room so exquisite. The fitness center was equally amazing.
