Everything was fantastic. Christina made my stay so pleasant and she was incredibly helpful: she recommended restaurants, beautiful and less touristy places to visit, transportation routes, etc. I feel she genuinely cares for her customers' well-being and safety, as well as the quality of their stay, not only at the hotel but in Rome in general. I recommend this hotel hands-down and I feel it's particularly perfect for solo travelers (like myself) who could benefit from her local knowledge; I know I did. She completely helped me get my bearings, and the complimentary refreshments, especially in the morning, were an added bonus, and much appreciated on the days I had a busy itinerary.

Great property; it was renovated a few years ago, and you can tell everything is refreshed. Management was so nice and helpful with anything we needed. They clean the property daily, which isn't done much anymore. Great area close to most of the major landmarks, except the Vatican. They have mini-splits in every room, which works great. We were very comfortable, just like home.

The hotel was super clean and Christina who was there during my 4 nights stay, was the kindest and most helpful ever. They offer free water, free coffee and plenty of snacks all at no charge. She gave me very helpful instructions information and would actually draw everything on the map to guide me in the city. If you want a budget friendly clean hotel while in Rome, I 100% recommend this hotel.

This hotel is close to everything. We walked to it with our luggage from the Termini Station with no problems (it took about 10 minutes). The owners are super friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very nice with restaurants and stores very close by.

Christina & staff were awesome, always offering food & beverage in the morning, recommending popular sights to see, nice touches like luggage in our room when we returned from lunch. I forgot to return the room keys & didn't realize till we were at Termini station, they were there in no time to pick them up. Much appreciated. Scott & Penny Canada

Very nice, clean and reasonably priced for central Rome. Great location and walkable to all the major sites. Great restaurants nearby. Short walk from the train station, but far enough as well.

The staff are great and very very very hospitable. Highly recommended

The front desk staff were actually the nicest people ever! I thought this hotel was perfect! A great location and overall very comfortable THANK YOU GUYS.
