Yes. Staff immediately came and got our AC cooling very satisfactory. Did not eat bfsdy

I would not recommend When looking under the bed there is cookies packaging , not cleaned up Room was very very small The phone inside the room to call the reception was not working The internet keep disconnecting and was slow And on the top of that we got bite with mosquitoes at night The gym is in construction which is not disclosed Hotel staff got an attitude when we addressed the issues The restaurant of the hotel is not very good too Anyway never again the Nyx

Amazing stay, location is perfect.

As someone who travels frequently, I have stayed at many NYX and Leonardo Hotels over the years. I rarely leave negative review. Unfortunately, this stay was a real disappointment. The Positive: The hotel has an excellent location, with restaurants, bars and attractions all within walking distance. However, this time, the service completely let it down . On our first evening, we asked reception for slippers and were told that only housekeeping could provide them, we were asked to request them again after 8:00 am the following morning. I called before 8:00 am, but by the time we left nothing had arrived. I asked to leave the slippers in our room. When we returned at around 4:00 pm, I asked if they had been delivered. Instead of checking, the receptionist simply told us to and check the room. It’s a simple call to housekeeping, but they refused. Back in the room, not only were there no slippers, but neither of our two rooms had been serviced, despite it already being 4:00 pm. When I called reception again, I was told the hotel had completely run out of slippers because their delivery had not arrived. If that was the case, why wasn’t I told this when I asked reception face to face just minutes earlier? Instead, I received two completely different answers within five minutes. This made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. The inconsistent communication, poor attitude at reception, and unserviced rooms made this the biggest disappointment of our trip.

Busy location but artwork is interesting.

La chambre était propre mais très humide (notre ventilation dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas). Aussi nous avons trouvé que les oreillers étaient trop épais et ferme. Le personnel de l’hotel est très agréable et serviable.
