We had an unforgettable time with my spouse with a true connection with the beautiful nature surrounding the area. Very delicious and variety of options for the breakfast buffet. It was an exceptional experience.

Beautiful hotel and a perfect experience, incredible staff! We stayed at the InterContinental Alpensia and had an absolutely wonderful vacation. The hotel itself is beautiful, and both the facilities and rooms were spotlessly clean. A huge shout-out goes to the hotel staff—there are no words to describe how polite they were and how willing they were to help with everything! Everyone was fantastic, starting from the reservations team, to the lobby staff and the lovely girl at the Oxy Lounge (where we sat once and really enjoyed ourselves), all the way to the kitchen staff. And last but definitely not least, the absolute sweetest—the concierge team, who went above and beyond for us with a big smile and open arms. The breakfast was fresh and very filling, with a great variety of both Korean and Continental dishes, and the hotel also has a fantastic, delicious bakery. The location is just perfect—the hotel is only a one-minute walk from the dining area, shops, and the Alpine Coaster. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pampered getaway🌼

This was non peak season.The breakfast buffet was nice. The rooms were a little dated but were doing some renovations so believe will be nicer later. On site restaurants were good and overall would visit again if there was a chance too during peak season.

Very polite and helpful staff, concierge staff were the best!!! The breakfast Buffett was top notch and there was so much variety for everyone.

Rooms were great. Mountain was-very small for skiing but not crowded. concierge and check in staff helpful and quick. Buffet was pretty good for breakfast.

It's our first time back in 9 years, and the hotel had maintained fairly well. Rooms are comfortable, but getting dated. The blankets used were too warm, even for winter. We were in - 10 deg weather but sweating under the blanket. Ended up needing to open the balcony door to get some cool breeze to help, and we come from a tropical country. Breakfast was decent, but do wake up early for it, as it starts getting crowded at 8.30am

The room and breakfast is great but the bath room not so great. It’s way too slippery. My girl has fell down twice due to the wet floor in the bath room..
