Very nice , well maintained hotel with good location on the way to south of Europe . Nice and very professional staff. Nice breakfast . We have been in this hotel three times and will definitely come back.

The Munich Airport Marriott Hotel provided a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay overall. The proximity to the airport and the ability to accommodate early check-in after an overnight flight were greatly appreciated. The property itself felt polished and well maintained, and the wellness facilities, restaurant spaces, and common areas were consistently clean and inviting. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the complimentary water, coffee, and tea were thoughtful touches. Breakfast at Die Molkerei was excellent, with a wide variety of quality offerings and made-to-order options. Dinner at Restaurant Stubn also provided a welcoming Bavarian atmosphere and an authentic local dining experience. The surrounding Freising area was another pleasant surprise, with walkable cafés, bakeries, shops, and restaurants nearby that gave the stay a more relaxed and local feel compared to staying directly in the city center. The primary areas preventing a higher rating were that the service, while professional, felt somewhat reserved rather than warm or memorable, and some in-room conveniences such as a microwave were limited. Overall, however, this was a reliable and enjoyable airport hotel experience that I would consider again for a short Munich stay or layover.

They will only send housekeeping upon request or after three days--given the pricepoint this could be made a bit more clear. Housekeeping still won't get around to cleaning until around 16.00 - 17.00. Staff in the bar/restaurant are friendly and helpful. Check in less so, they're somewhat disorganized and you have to review your bill carefully as they are prone to mistakes.

Property was to Marriott standards. My only issues was the “airport shuttle” cost roughly $25pp and only made one drop off point. Munich is a very spread out airport, another issue.

Clean great location

Breakfast was excellent, dining staff were excellent. Our room had an unsafe broken kettle which was reported over two consecutive days, nothing was done. They have a 3 day no cleaning policy which after our count of 4 days resulted in a full bin, dirty mugs, no tea or coffee replenishment and damp dirty towels

Airport hotel?? This hotel is in the middle of nowhere at 20mn taxi drive. If you take the bus it is much longer and need a connection. From the hotel they have a shuttle service to the airport. For which you have to pay in addition. Inclusive of a very impolite driver…

Staff were unfriendly, unresponsive (I have been waiting 3 days to o hear back on adding an extra night) and unaccommodating to Expedia guests. The e beds are also very hard. Rooms are clean, on site parking is convenient (although not close to airport) and the restaurant was very good. Overall - I am forfeiting 1 night fee and booking elsewhere because they don’t respond.
