Lobby, breakfast area and rooftop restaurant were updated and nice. The rooms were probably luxury standard 20 years ago. I was also put on a smoking floor that smelled very bad. Luckily the room didn’t smell but was very dated and poorly maintained.

- The hotel is centrally located in relation to the original city of Bangalore.
- The room and bathroom were very clean.
- The maintainance & housekeeping staff were a little slow in responding but were very
well-mannered.
- The breakfast was excellent but is over-priced. They can reduce the number of items to
reduce the price.
- The pool seems to be under-utilized therefore the water is not as clear as most 4-
star pools.
Overall a very nice hotel.

Staff promptness - ordered in room dining, they had to go back and get item.
They forgot to take id at check in - asked me to send on whatsapp.
They bathroom sink was clogged - took 2 phone calls to get it serviced.

最高 We had hosted an event here and stayed the night. It was very convenient and the staff were super helpful. Room was very good. Breakfast was great. Convenient location too.
