Pros: great family friendly stay. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and we got so much use out of it. The rooms are a really great size and the housekeeping does a wonderful job of refreshing it daily. Breakfast is great, very affordable and there is a wonderful ocean view from the restaurant. Cons: If you are squeamish with creepy crawlies - this is probably not the room for you. We had a huntsman spider in our room and one in the pool as well as giant hammerhead worms around the outdoor patio/ pool area. Hotel does provide bug spray.

My room air conditioner didn't work well, it wasn't so hot without the A/C, but needs to be updated.

The sea view at 3rd floor is absolutely stunning, and the big bathtub was perfect for unwinding. Room is clean. There’s no elevator, so you do have to carry your luggage up. But honestly, for the price and view, it’s totally worth it. Definitely satisfied with my stay!

Not worth the price

Room was spacious and clean. Have living room with Nespresso coffee maker, bar fridge, electric kettle. Had a large balcony with view of ocean which was nice and the a/c was nice and cool. Had a 3rd floor room (highest) which was nice but no elevator to get up there - especially with luggage. Didn’t have the hotel breakfast so cannot comment on it. Dislikes: light switch combo did not separate sleep area with living area (either all on or off) - maybe had to reprogram the remote(?). Could have refilled the coffee pods daily. Had and paid for 3 people but only got 2 large bath towel daily. Minor issues and would not stop me from staying here again.

Good ocean view, staff incredibly friendly

Location was a bit out of the way. 3rd floor room didn't have any lift access.

All staff, from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff and maid service, are professional and friendly.

The hotel is up-to-date and well maintained. Our room was comfortable and had nice bathroom and shower facilities. The room was outfitted with a small refrigerator, microwave, and Nespresso machine—bonus points for this nicety! Even though we were told the room would only be serviced once during our three-night stay, it was cleaned every day. The hotel is on the north west end of Jeju, and the closest town is the charming yet unassuming village of Aewol. It’s not exactly lively but suited us well. The nightly rate was excellent value for the quality of the facility and service.
