Special birthday stay and so amazing. Club Lounge experience was fantastic

Corporate hotel , and in this class rates ok , but for tourism not much , is not close to anything execept the convention center

Hotel is conveniently located close to DFO and Marvel Stadium

Lovely stay, but staff can't seem to count well. We had 3 adults stay, they only provided 2 towels. Meals (in room) they only provided 2 sets of cutlery.

Very happy with our stay. Although only one night it was perfect for location and price. Staff were friendly and helpful

Stayed in a club room which was a fantastic experience. The canapes at 5pm were awesome, despite a limited variety of hot food items it was great. Great drinks offering. Breakfast buffet a bit limited in variety. However rooms were super clean and comfortable. Only disappointing thing was they mentioned 2pm late checkout was complimentary however when asked about it they wanted to charge $30 per hour after 12pm. Then eventually agreed for 1pm. There were plenty of rooms available for booking the same night based on the website. Overall good experience

Great room very clean and so handy my only complaint would be for four people there was only a two seater couch plenty of room to put two more arm chairs or another couch but otherwise a great place to stay

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, including some much more expensive properties, and this was genuinely one of the best. The hotel was modern, spotless, and in a fantastic location. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming, which really made the stay stand out. The little touches, like the bath salts provided in the room, made it feel that bit more special. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would choose it over many higher priced hotels I’ve stayed in.

Staff are very helpful and pay attention to every small detail.
