The location is in heart of surfers paradise. Close to food, club venues and shopping (Woolworths and Coles) and also to the beach. The accommodation is spacious and very clean. Easy to locate parking with instructions provided on check-in.

First time staying here, definitely going to stay here again. The staff was very informative with direction where to go for parking and how to get to which tower you are staying in. Great location, depending on how long you stay, there is a Woolworths under the building also plenty of restaurants to chose from. Cavil Ave is a short walk away and to the beach. There is a light rail station close by, if you want to travel to Southport or Broadbeach. The room was I stayed in was great, modern looking plenty of space and the bathroom had separate spa bath and shower.

Clean and spacious room, convenient location and great facilities. The part didn’t like: Was trying to use the electric sockets on the wall in the lobby beside the reception to charge the phone after checked out but got banned by security ( totally understand he’s doing his job with an acceptable explanation ). But just after test, other ppl charged their phones at the same area and I had to reported to the receptionist ( the staff was very nice ) but the receptionist seemed have no idea about this policy. I always have no issue to follow and respect the policies from different properties but this is very lack of communication ( as other staff don’t know and there’s even no sign ). My family and I were confused during the time as we thought we were targeted with a double standard. Really appreciate that that very nice gentleman behind reception desk understood me and helped me with thoughtful and caring actions. We have stayed at Mantra Circle on Cavill for many time ( pretty much every time we are having holiday in Gold Coast ) and always get satisfying experiences so we will definitely come back. Thank you very much.

Close to all facility

Great views. Check in was great. Took a while to find right car park spot. Found some rubbish under lounge (cleaners need to check more). Noisy neighbours. Busy elevator.

Location to this property was very good easy to get to. Friendly staff..room was so nice and spacious..we got complimentary water and chocolates for my husbands birthday..I requested high level and that’s exactly what we got 37 floors up with amazing ocean views! Only thing I would fault was the inside heated pool was too cold..if that was warmer we would have enjoyed it even more..other than that I would go back in a heartbeat and stay there again!! Thanks for the best time!!
