A wonderful place to stay. Great restaurants, polite and helpful staff and a great location.

Great location.

Better than I expected even though it seemed nice on the site. Multiple eating options, gorgeous lobby, nice room but not fancy. Staff set up 4am taxi for me and made sure I had small change to pay for the ride (nice touch). Didn't get to try dining options but looked quite nice. A better room orientation could have been nice as the lights were the usual quasi-mystery that happens in fancy Bangkok hotels. I had a room facing the street and could hear a honk or two but better than I'd feared. Didn't get to test the black-out curtains. The location is steps from one of the red light zones so it's very active in a particular way and could be a turn off. Close to BTS but I needed an umbrella.

The staff were friendly and helpful across the board, and the Club Lounge breakfasts were superb - think delicious made-to-order omelets and blueberry pancakes, not to mention the fulsome buffet with fresh fruit, veggies and legumes. Also, the hotel is in a central, convenient location.

Breakfast in the 31st floor Club Lounge is great. Also, check-in on 31st floor was nicely taken care of. And housekeeping so far has been very good. Only drawback, and it's not huge, is that big gym that used to be connected is no longer open - instead, hotel guests have to walk about 200 meters and cross Sukhumvit to use a smaller gym.

Great location and lovely staff

Great location within the Nana Plaza. Modern rooms and fabulous service. Breakfast layout includes options for all tastes.

I had a great 5 night-stay at Landmark Bangkok Hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment I checked in. The location was also very convenient and close to major transit options and great local attractions. I will definitely book again!
