My stay at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo was outstanding from start to finish. I was welcomed with a refreshing cup of cinnamon tea and cleansing towels, offered an early check-in upon arrival, and graciously granted a late check-out, which made my stay especially comfortable. The staff were consistently attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They randomly came by my room and offered a fruit bowl of grapes, bananas, apples and guavas! The on-site restaurant serves excellent food, though prices appear higher than at many nearby establishments. Even so, the exceptional service and warm hospitality made this a memorable stay. I would gladly return.

Seventh floor luxury is worth it... the executive lounge and facilities are brilliant. Have a drink in The Library, a place of comfort and calm

A really lovely place to stay in Colombo. Excellent choices of food, a great bar, great facilities, helpful staff....

Good food, friendly staff

A great hotel although slightly tired looking in places.

Full of kids from a school at the park, food wuality very low. Certainly not a 5 star hotel, 3.5 star pretending to be 5 star.

Good value for money. Executive floor not worth the price if you pay for it.

Everything you’d expect from a very good hotel but cheaper than the Hiltons etc in Colombo. Perfect if you’re using Fort Train Station

Fridge in the room did not worked, not the room I requested, it took 1 hour to checkin, the lady booking me, ran away making, man standing back to complete the booking, he kept on running to to boss,

Overall it’s a great stay :)
