Clean room with enough space for two adults and two kids. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, the location was excellent, and the staff was friendly. We also loved the little bar underneath the hotel.

Clean room. Smaller size - but that was expected. Very friendly staff. And great location. Great access to public transport, restaurants etc. Highly recommended.

Clean room; super staff; great location; decent buffet breakfast; nice bar / cafe at the ground floor --- all positive. Rooms and property are a little dated would be the only negative. Good for couples and groups.

The hotel was lovely- perfect location near many restaurants and walking distance to train stations. The staff were very helpful. Unfortunately it doesn’t have AC in the room we stayed in and it was very hot during the night- even with windows open. We came during a heat wave. The drain in the bathroom shower also had trouble draining. The staff tried to fix it. Overall it was a nice hotel to stay in Zurich!

The hotel was nice and clean. Located on a cobblestone side street. Breakfast was included. Location was great. No AC but ceiling fan worked well. Cafe on ground floor. When we arrived the front desk person named Alejandro made us feel at home and answered all our questions. Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
On a side note Zürich is very expensive for everything and even tap water is charged at cafes and restaurants. There are water fountains everywhere with potable drinking water. We swam in lake Zurich and went to Lindt chocolate factory. Oden Cafe was great with super service.
