Great place to stay and relax. Big rooms with very comfortable beds and everything you need in kitchen etc.

I love the proximity to 5ta avenida. The bed was awesome. AC was very cold which we loved.

Room and common areas were all so clean! I had some issues with the electric blinds and with my in-room hot tub, but maintenance came right away to remedy both. There was a brief period during my stay (about 1.5 hrs) during which the power went out, but this affected the whole block and was not the fault of the hotel. Front desk staff were always so courteous and helpful! I will say, if I return to Playa Del Carmen I probably would not choose this hotel again, only because my primary goal was to spend time on the beach, and the nearest beach to Antera was totally overtaken by sargassum and algae and had no umbrellas/chairs available for rent. However, if you are visiting Playa for the nightlife, this hotel will position you perfectly for that!

​Un séjour familial parfait de 13 nuits ! ​Nous avons séjourné à l'Antera Hotel pendant 13 nuits (du 9 au 22 juin) en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants) et nous avons absolument adoré notre expérience ! ​L'hôtel est moderne, extrêmement propre et idéalement situé au centre-ville, ce qui permet de tout faire facilement à pied ou de prendre un taxi rapidement. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et bien isolées du bruit extérieur, ce qui est un immense plus avec des enfants. ​Le personnel est d'une gentille incroyable, toujours souriant et prêt à nous aider pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Mention spéciale pour les installations et l'ambiance générale qui font qu'on se sent tout de suite à l'aise. ​Nous recommandons cet hôtel à 100 % pour les familles qui cherchent le parfait équilibre entre confort, emplacement et service impeccable. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !

Hotel is very conveniently located suites with kitchen and living room are an excellent choice for a longer stay. Walmart and Quinta Ave are walking distance. Rooftop pool is not that clean. Breakfast included option is ok choice not much variety if you stay longer that 4 days but you have option to add in.

Everything about this hotel is amazing

We loved this hotel! Expedia had us upgraded to a tiny apartment style room complete with kitchen and laundry dryer combo so we were able to wash and dry our clothes! We also received a bottle of champagne and complimentary drinks that we used at the bar. We had a lovely conversation with the bartender. Staff is amazing! Front desk staff are super helpful. It was raining the 3 days we were there so to always come back to this hotel after being out in the humidity...felt great. Parking easy too!
