The hotel is located near to good restaurants.

Pros: Great location on a quiet street. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast is good to get you started. Cons: The rooms are very old, beat up, and minimally clean. You will definitely hear the every airplane arriving at CNX. The AC was not cool consistently through the evening, and not every room is equipped with a lock box that fits a laptop. I had to change rooms multiple times, but kinda my fault since I booked my hotel a day before I arrived. Look earlier and you’ll find a nicer spot in the same area for a similar price.

Staff were so nice and always willing to help me. They helped me fixing the shower system. I really like their politeness. Room was clean. Overall, it was a comfortable staying.

Great boutique hotel. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Some areas of the room needed renovation which the hotel was actually in process with half of their rooms currently being redecorated it seems. Otherwise, the room was exactly as shown in the pictures, need was very comfortable. Location is excellent, just a minutes walk to Nimman road and plenty of food options nearby. My only criticism would be the balcony, as it was unusable due to having astroturf laid which had accumulated dust and dirt but with no way to drain away, it becomes a damp muddy strip of floor and renders the balcony redundant.

A nicely designed, very affordable hotel down a quiet soi off Nimman. Very kind and friendly staff.

La ubicación es excelente, en un área llena de cafeterías y restaurantes. Los cuartos son amplios y muy lindos y el desayuno tiene varias opciones. El personal del hotel es muy amable y trata de ayudar en todo. Volveríamos a elegirlo !!
